Connect an AWS account to inventory resources and sync estimated cost.
The Cloud page supports Amazon Web Services alongside GCP and Azure.
Connect
- Open Cloud in the console.
- Choose Amazon Web Services.
- Create an IAM user or role that can read CloudWatch, EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, and Cost Explorer (or the subset you care about).
- Paste the access key and secret (or role credentials) into the wizard.
- Save and click Sync.
Sensobit stores the connection on the current namespace and pulls resource inventory plus cost snapshots.
What you get
- Resource counts by service
- Estimated spend and period-over-period trend
- Hosts you can correlate with agent metrics when instance names match
Least-privilege read-only keys are enough. Revoke the IAM user to disconnect.
Re-run Sync after you launch new accounts or change regions. The last sync time is shown on the provider card.
